We started off analysing existing customers by mapping their wishes, goals and problems. Besides that, we analysed the internal processes to find the major bottlenecks.

The solution? Implementing a new e-commerce platform that focuses on user convenience and customer service. A year after implementing the new platform, we placed a new store online with the same products, but geared towards a different target audience.
